Refund policy

1. An unboxing video is required to verify any issues with the received item.
2. Exchange requests must be made within 2x24 hours after the item is received.
3. Returns are not applicable for wrong size, color, or model purchased without prior consultation.
4. We only accept returns for defective items or size exchanges confirmed through admin.
5. Items must remain unused, unwashed, scent-free, and with all tags and barcodes attached.
6. Please contact our admin before leaving negative feedback — we’ll help resolve the issue properly.
7. Size exchanges are only accepted if the product is still in brand-new condition.
8. The maximum time for exchange requests is 3 days after the product is received.
